MCQUEEN MENS SS26

The life of the party - heritage submitting to a new hedonism. Formality liberated from tradition in black tie tailored jackets and trousers, invoking the precision of Savile Row.

Shirts and daywear encapsulate the simmering tensions between rebellion and romanticism in archival-inspired meadow floral prints and ‘McQueen’ wool tartan.

The collection shows a willingness to look inward at the archive while projecting outward toward the future. Seán McGirr’s approach is less about nostalgia and more about reactivation - picking up threads from earlier eras, from skull motifs to draped kilts, and reworking them with contemporary attitude. The result is a wardrobe that feels inhabited by characters with full, contradictory lives: polished yet unruly, ceremonial yet restless, aristocratic yet punk-adjacent.

  • “We push against nature, tempering instinct in the name of order. What happens when we give way, satisfying our deep-seated desires and innate impulses? What does it take to stir and submit to that primal drive?”
